A beautiful bouquet of garden herbs complemented by a savory garlic and just a touch of honey. A wonderful addition to poultry, soups, gravies and stews. Try sprinkled over fresh salads, roasted or sauteed vegetables and toasted buttered bread.
Ingredients: Unrefined sea salt, garlic, oregano, tarragon, parsley, mustard seed, honey powder
French Herb Chicken
- 1 lb boiled chicken, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- 1 ½ TBS s.a.l.t. sisters French Herb Salt
In a large mixing bowl, add chicken, celery, onion, grapes, cranberries and almonds. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and French Herb Salt until well blended. Add the seasoned mayo to the chicken salad and stir well to combine. Serve on bread for sandwiches, with crackers or over lettuce as a salad.
