This excellent red pepper is harvested at an altitude of 800 m, in the hilly landscapes in the red soil areas of Mondolkiri, a wild mountainous region located in the South East of Cambodia. The generosity of nature gives this pepper a dominant gourmet dairy note as well as a great fresh flavour. It can enhance white meats, poultry, duck, potato-based dishes, fruit desserts (pears, peaches) whether fresh or preserved.
