The Lamson Fire Series 8" Premier Forged Chinese Santoku Cleaver is a tall, broad blade for chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing vegetables and boneless proteins, and the wide face scoops prepped food off the board.
The blade is hot-drop forged from German 4116 high-carbon stainless steel and tempered to 58 Rockwell, so it takes a keen edge, holds it, and resists corrosion. Full-tang construction with triple riveted handles gives good balance, and the curved, recessed bolster supports your thumb and fingers for a secure pinch grip. The marbled red and orange acrylic handle is sleek and sturdy. Made in the USA by Lamson, with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
