Lansky Course Hone - 120 Grit Alumina Oxide
A Lansky coarse alumina-oxide hone (S0120), 120 grit. Lansky's Professional System lists the Coarse Red Hone at 120 grit for edge reconditioning. The grit article: fastest cutting on all types of knives; very dull blades and edge damage. Clean alumina with oil when clogged; oil is not required to cut.
Red coarse stone. After extra-coarse, or the start if the knife is just dull.
