Do you ship the lower 48?

Yes. We ship to the lower 48 states only.

How much is shipping?

$10, or free on orders of $100 or more. Orders in before 4pm Central Tuesday–Friday usually go out the same day.

Do you charge sales tax outside Texas?

Sales tax is Texas only. Midland is 8.25%. Other states, no sales tax.

What’s the return policy?

30 days, unused, original packaging and paperwork. We send a prepaid return label after we approve it. Refund goes back on the same card, minus return shipping (waived if it’s defective). Outbound shipping is not refunded.

Do you sharpen knives?

Yes, mail in sharpening. You ship the knives to us, we sharpen and send it back.

Can you engrave a knife?

Yes. $15 a side. Blade is the default; handle when it will take it. If a piece won’t take engraving, we call you and make it right.
