If you fry Spam for breakfast or pack musubi, this little wire frame beats freehanding a wobbly block. Set the loaf on the base, press the hinged wires down, and you get even slices that brown the same in the pan. Flip the stack a quarter turn and cut again for sticks, then once more for cubes. It also slices hard-boiled eggs, mushrooms, and strawberries.
